I think I know you…we just haven’t been formally introduced. Like you, I know what it is like to lose sleep worrying about how to get to the next level of success. As a former business owner, I too struggled to figure out how to rid my organization of mediocrity so that I could have a team full of “A-Players.” It’s not easy. With the myriad of challenges that business owners face on a day-to-day basis, how do you make time to focus on the important things instead of the distractions? I can help you because I’ve done it.

For over 33 years, I worked as an executive in a three-generation, family-owned and operated industrial service company. In the game of business, I understand the importance of “being on the playing field” vs. “sitting in the stands.” I learned a thousand lessons in the school of hard knocks and rose to the challenge of operating an independent company competing against much larger regional and national chains.

I learned how critical it is to live into the company’s stated core values and how important it is to hold team members accountable in order to achieve the agreed upon goals. I had many great mentors along the way. I also learned to accept the discipline of strategic planning and how mission critical it is for business owners to execute their plan on a daily basis in order to meet their goals.

I was born and raised in Southern California and currently live in Los Angeles. I’ve been married to an incredible woman for over 30 years and have two wonderful daughters. I received my BA from UC Berkeley and my MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. At the end of 2021, I sold my company looking for new challenges. I decided to leverage my decades of experience to help business owners and entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

My focus is working with companies located in Southern California, especially those that are family owned or controlled. To reach the summit of success and happiness, you need to be willing to get out of your comfort zone, be open-minded, and not EVER accept mediocrity. I’m ready to help you climb!
