From Peak Performer to Pinnacle Founder.

No one has personally guided as many business leaders to the summit of success.

Greg Cleary’s coaching journey began in the 1980s with legendary motivator Brian Tracy at Peak Performers. Over the years, he worked alongside icons like Jim Rohn, Og Mandino, Tom Hopkins, and Harvey Mackay. But his passion for helping business leaders gain real traction led him to become one of the original EOS Implementers, guiding over 140 companies to operational clarity, and achieving #1 status.

After years in the field, Greg recognized a need for an approach that was more flexible, more personalized, and more complete. On November 9, 2019, by a pool in Phoenix, the idea for Pinnacle was born. Within months, a community of seasoned coaches rallied around the vision: to help entrepreneurs reach their summit—and enjoy the climb.
