My work has always been about helping people perform at their best. The venue may change, but the work remains the same: a combination of analysis, motivation, and accountability. Regardless of the role, the work is ultimately about leadership—helping ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things. Adding the Pinnacle Business Guides membership has taken it to a new level.

Over many years, I have built the knowledge, perspective, and experience that shape how I work today. I draw on that experience every day to help executives, managers, and leadership teams achieve meaningful personal and business growth.

Several years ago, I expanded my coaching work to include entire leadership teams after recognizing that, like any team, senior executives can benefit from coaching. When leadership teams work better together, the impact extends throughout the organization.

My work combines individual coaching with participation in team planning sessions. This provides a unique perspective on points of friction, barriers to performance, and unrealized opportunities.

Helping leaders recognize unproductive behaviors and develop practical strategies to change them can accelerate progress significantly. Removing barriers creates a more productive and enjoyable environment for everyone.
When leadership teams align around a shared vision and a clear path forward, that alignment spreads throughout the organization. Stronger leadership creates stronger teams—and ultimately, better organizational performance.
