Joe Peters brings a unique combination of dealership leadership, automotive F&I, insurance, and training experience to his role as a Pinnacle Business Guide and Variable Operations Training Director with Vision Management Group.
With more than 20 years in retail automotive, including more than a decade as a General Manager, Joe has led dealerships, developed management teams, worked with OEM partners, and been responsible for the same people, profitability, and performance challenges dealership leaders face every day.
His automotive background includes extensive experience in sales and F&I performance, dealership financial products, reinsurance, income development, process improvement, and leadership training. He has worked nationally with dealerships, agencies, and leadership teams to improve performance and execution.
Separate from his automotive career, Joe brings nearly 30 years of experience in the Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance industries, giving him a broader perspective on risk, financial performance, and business operations.
