John Ikirt

I have 35 years of experience in performance management that I bring to my clients. Over the years, I have served in various positions, such as the CEO and owner of a healthcare organization, senior management positions at Johnson & Johnson, and command positions in the Army.

My primary goal is to help my clients achieve results that surpass their expectations. I achieve this by assisting them in finding their unique paths to success. I am committed to the overall health of the organization by providing clarity, defining what is important, and driving toward a purpose-driven outcome.

I am an avid learner of the study of leadership, and prior to joining Pinnacle Business Guides, I implemented EOS in my own organization. I am a certified executive coach and Blanchard Situational Leadership Trainer. I have a BS and an MA from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

I am happily married to Kim and have two daughters, Makaley and Delaney.
