Jason Biehler

Jason has always believed that great businesses deliver more value to their customers than the sum of their parts. It can feel like alchemy, but it isn’t magic. It comes from having the right people, purpose, playbooks, and performance.

He has spent 25 years inside the operations of service businesses. He co-founded, ran, and exited a managed IT services company and understands the pressure of putting out fires while also trying to prevent them. As COO, Jason oversaw service delivery, project management, and the day-to-day operations that turned the company’s vision into results. He coached employees and the leadership team, helping build a company that team members called the best job they’d ever had.

That experience taught him what separates organizations that thrive from those that stall. Successful organizations have a clear vision, an aligned leadership team, disciplined execution, and a culture of accountability and winning.
As a Pinnacle Business Guide, he works alongside leaders and their teams to help refine their purpose, work through obstacles, and build healthy organizations that attract and sustain exceptional talent. He has experience advising nonprofit, software, medical, hospitality, legal, finance, and field-service businesses such as HVAC, electrical, and security.

Jason is based in New Mexico and works in person and remotely. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, you can find him cycling, skiing, and adventuring outside.
