Bart Adams knows what it takes to run the whole business. He brings more than 25 years of experience, including running a business with over 100 employees. He has owned and operated businesses, managed operations, worked in metallurgy, and built software systems. He understands how decisions made in a leadership meeting play out on the floor.

Bart works with owners and leadership teams of small and mid-size businesses, with particular depth in manufacturing and operations. He’s dealt with cash flow pressure, difficult people decisions, and the frustration of working harder without getting better results. This experience shapes how he helps owners figure out what’s holding their business back and what to do about it.

As a certified Pinnacle Guide, Bart helps teams put a clear plan in place and stay accountable for executing it. He uses Theory of Constraints to find the bottlenecks restricting performance and Working Genius to help people understand how they work best together.
