As a certified Pinnacle Business Guide, graduate of the EOS Integrator™ Masterclass and former Integrator™ for companies running on EOS (serving in both full time and fractional capacities), I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to my clients. My passion lies in driving growth, fostering transparency, and enhancing accountability within leadership teams.
Having served on executive teams across a variety of industries including M&A Advisory, Investment/Finance, and Commercial Construction, I’ve “climbed in your boots” and understand first-hand the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners and leadership teams. I’ve been involved in the selection and rollout of business operating systems, both self-implemented and pure. Last year alone, I facilitated over 150 weekly tactical meetings.
In my spare time, you’ll find me reading, playing pickleball, and spending time with my wife of 25+ years and our three daughters. Since 1998, I’ve proudly served as a Director of the Renaissance Foundation, a family-grown initiative committed to enriching the lives of underserved children in my community.
