Seasoned leader with broad background in Operations, Sales, Finance, and General Management passionate about helping Leadership Teams excel!
I am a CPA with a 40-year background in strategic planning, business execution, financial forecasting, sales management, and practical business management. My passion for growing privately held businesses started when I joined a $35 million family business and helped it grow to over $100 million in revenue. During my tenure there, I held leadership positions in Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. I ultimately ran an $80 million business unit of that company. After the company was sold to a very large publicly traded company, I formed a small investment company focused on growing and holding small entrepreneurial businesses. We quickly built a portfolio of 3 businesses and implemented a set of planning and management tools that could be used across all companies.
In 2011, I sold my ownership interest and became a Leadership Team Coach. For 10 years, I was a Certified EOS Implementer helping teams implement Traction. In 2021, I became a Pinnacle Business Guide, utilizing a more robust toolbox to customize the experience for my clients. I created Reventus to help companies build a simple, workable structure of practices and operational procedures to help them realize their dreams.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and am a CPA (Inactive). I live in central Minnesota with my wife, Kim. We have 6 children and 8 grandchildren to keep me busy when I’m not helping my clients. In my spare time, my wife and I enjoy boating, fishing, motorcycle riding, and hanging out with family.
