I understand firsthand how difficult it is to run and grow a business. In 2002, at the age of just 26, I purchased Menttium Corporation, a company specializing in the design and delivery of formal corporate mentoring systems. For six years, I served as Chief Operating Officer, leading operations and strategy until 2008. That experience gave me an inside view of what it takes to balance growth, innovation, and the daily realities of leadership.
Today, I bring that same depth of experience to my consulting work—helping leaders cut through complexity, strengthen their teams, and move confidently toward their goals.
