As an Executive Leadership Team Coach, I help business owners eliminate chaos, earn more, and love their work. I am a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide, and prior to joining Pinnacle, I was a Certified EOS Implementer teaching Traction from 2015 to 2021.
I have worked with hundreds of companies during my career, and I understand the complexities of customizing a business operating system to address the unique needs of each business.
Prior to becoming an Executive Leadership Team Coach, I spent over 25 years as an entrepreneur delivering a high level of success. I co-founded Parata Systems, a leading pharmacy automation and packaging solution company, and Nekton Research, a leading developer of autonomous underwater robotic vehicles for the Department of Defense. Both companies achieved successful exits.
I have also served as a mentor, advisor, and investor to numerous high-growth start-ups.
