Will brings experience as both an operator and a facilitator. As Director of Business Development for an innovative healthcare organization operating outside traditional insurance models, he helped launch and grow a new office, built B2B partnerships, and supported thousands of patients across multiple locations. He has seen the competitive advantage of business operating systems in action and has experience with EOS, leading him to Pinnacle’s customized approach that meets businesses where they are.
Trained in both business and biochemistry, Will began his career in medicine, where he learned how deeply systems, incentives, and leadership decisions shape outcomes for real people. He is now focused on upstream work: designing better systems, innovative strategies, and helping organizations grow in ways that serve people more effectively.
