As Chief Engagement Officer at Creative Visions, Todd led the activation of the full business plan—operations, sales and marketing, finance, and human resources—while fully implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Through his leadership, the company transformed into a vibrant, high-performing organization with best-in-class processes, measurable engagement outcomes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Todd is also a founding member of Pinnacle Business Guides, where he helps CEOs and leadership teams implement tailored Business Operating Systems to reduce chaos, focus on the main priorities, and achieve lasting results. Over 30 years, he has advised companies on strategic planning, ROI measurement, engagement program design, corporate reorganization, product and service repositioning, and leadership development.
