She is a true self-starter, beginning her journey at just 18 years old, where she successfully managed 25 installers in a hardwood flooring company. Her ability to lead, organize, and execute at such a young age set the foundation for a career defined by growth, initiative, and results.

Samantha quickly advanced to the role of Vice President before transitioning to a major manufacturing company, where she continued to distinguish herself. Starting as a builder representative, she rapidly progressed to Territory Manager and then District Manager, where she led a high-performing sales team of 12. During her tenure, she implemented the company’s first direct sales model in its 100-year history—demonstrating not only leadership but the ability to drive innovation and meaningful change within established organizations.

Her trajectory continued upward as she became National Director of Sales Development and Training, further solidifying her reputation as both a strategic leader and a mentor. Most recently, Samantha took on a leadership role with one of the largest flooring distributors in the country, overseeing the entire Southwest market. In this position, she manages a team of 15 and is responsible for $85 million in revenue, consistently delivering strong results while developing her team.
