I’ve been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember. At eight years old, I was mowing lawns and selling popcorn balls door to door, learning early what it meant to take ownership, create value, and earn trust. Over time, that entrepreneurial drive evolved into a deeper calling: helping people become the best version of themselves.
I spent more than two decades in education, where I learned how people learn, what motivates teams, and how clarity and purpose unlock human potential. To support my family, I built a generational swimming pool business with my wife and children, an experience that grounded me in the real challenges of entrepreneurship. As a high school principal, I became passionate about leadership development and helped launch an Entrepreneurship program that became a graduation requirement for all students, reinforcing my belief that entrepreneurship is one of the greatest forums for developing character and human capacity.
Today, I bring my passion for business, learning, and leadership together as a Pinnacle Business Guide and founder of Uplevel Your Leadership. I walk side-by-side with growth-minded, people-focused entrepreneurs to build legacy businesses using a proven, flexible operating system, customized to their reality.
