Erik Huso is a leadership coach and human development expert who helps leaders elevate their thinking, strengthen relationships, and unlock the potential already within them. He believes that leadership is a love affair with people and performance.
With more than twenty years of experience in education, coaching, and organizational leadership—including designing executive and high-potential development programs for global corporations—Erik brings a thoughtful, practical approach to helping people grow. In addition to being a PINNACLE GUIDE, Erik is a certified Habit Finder (mindsets) coach, a Prosci change management practitioner, and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Nutrition.
A lifelong learner and entrepreneur, Erik draws on his background as an educator, business owner, endurance athlete, musician, author and gardener to inspire elevated performance and well-being. He and his wife enjoy six children and three grandchildren.
