Jen Goffredi Huerta

Jen Goffredi Huerta has a passion for helping businesses and non-profits reach new heights. She feels her purpose is to work with women and other under-represented groups, elevating their organizations and leaders so they don’t just grow, but flourish!

Guiding leadership teams to success has been Jen’s primary focus since she obtained an International Masters of Business Administration with Strategy concentration in 2009. She works with teams to set strategic goals, develop action plans, and determine metrics and follow-ups to keep those goals on track. Her specialty is in business systems transformations, optimizing business processes so that leaders can focus ON the business, not be stuck in the weeds of it.

Jen’s journey to business coaching comes through fifteen years of consulting. Starting in the technology project management space, she naturally found herself not just leading projects, but leading teams and overhauling their divisions’ technology and operations visions and business processes. She helped her clients actualize their visions through process consulting, strategic technology transformations, Agile coaching, and organizational change management (OCM).

In 2021 Jen became the Product Director of the Medicaid System at the State of Colorado, owning the entire $63m ecosystem that came with it. She owned the product and treated it like a business, ultimately saving millions of dollars through strategic personnel and operational changes. Leveraging that experience she launched her own business in 2023, Insightful Business Transformations.

Jen now focuses on women-and minority-owned businesses and non-profits, continuously working toward her personal vision of a more equitable business landscape. She feels strongly that together we can not just survive, but thrive!
