He started Hobbs Advisory to show entrepreneurs it is possible to achieve their business goals and have a healthy home life. His purpose: To help owners build the business they want so they can live life with enjoyment and ease.

His background includes founding, scaling, turning around underperforming assets, and exiting high-growth companies, including multiple six figure and one seven-figure exit. He’s worked across multiple industries like construction, carwashes, self-storage, RV campgrounds, and others.

At the heart of Brandon’s work is his family. His wife, Dr. Arielle Hobbs owns a successful mental health counseling practice. He’s a proud Dad of a special needs child, adoring husband, and father of three. Brandon lives in St. Augustine Beach, Florida with his family and enjoys surfing, Jiu Jitsu, great food and wine, and traveling with his family.
