A Maine native and USAF veteran (1977–1987), John Gaudet spent fourteen years in human resource management and director roles before founding J. Gaudet Associates, a human resource advisory firm serving over 120 clients across Northern New England. He is a former Certified EMyth Business Coach, a Professional EOS Implementer (2018–2021), a founding member of Pinnacle Business Guides, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
With decades of experience, John is a seasoned human resources and organizational development advisor, expert team facilitator, strategy advisor, and leadership coach. By blending his expertise in HR, coaching, strategy, and business growth with Pinnacle’s curated tools, he helps clients improve the value of their business and achieve lasting success.
John is passionate about helping clients enhance company culture, employee retention, team health, cash flow, and profitability. John also enjoys spending time with family, kayaking, or skiing. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine (Westbrook, ME) and chairs the Eastern Maine Community College Fine Woodworking Advisory Council (Bangor, ME).
