Tim O’Connor is a former golf professional who transitioned into entrepreneurship and value-building guidance. He began his business career in 2000 at a small technology company in Silicon Valley, where he launched and grew a Key Account Division. Drawing on relationships with CEOs—many of whom had once been his golf students at Bay Hill in Orlando, FL—Tim built partnerships with some of the world’s largest office supply companies. With their support, he navigated the challenges of business development and ultimately established a multi-million-dollar sales division serving Fortune 100 clients.

Over the next two decades, Tim has had the privilege of growing businesses ranging in size from his own start-ups to senior leadership of a Fortune 500 company across many industries. After selling his apparel company in 2020, he began challenging CEOs, supporting their Boards, and teaching their leadership teams how to unlock enterprise value as a trusted advisor and Guide.

Today, his advisory practice fills a void commonly found between traditional exit planning (Master Planning that scores the key areas of a business that determine a valuation), business operating systems (people, purpose, playbooks, and performance), and applied behavioral analytics (right people in the right seat).
