During my three decades in formal leadership roles, I have come to understand and hone my passion for guiding leaders further on their journeys than they ever imagined possible. This passion to “mine for gold” in people and businesses drives my practice as a Pinnacle Guide.
I love climbing successfully alongside leaders who want to reach higher peaks, but might not know how to get there or get there safely. My passion is to bring structure and discipline to people operating with a purpose, and to develop playbooks that perform and deliver profits. I provide proven and secure climbing systems so leaders can efficiently, effectively, and safely reach their desired summits. We do not wind our way up the mountain; we take the Crestline, the challenging line, the adventurous line that gets us to the summit faster and with the best views.
My own journey includes a lifetime of operating with an entrepreneurial growth mindset, even while in corporate roles. I’ve started and exited multiple businesses, led from the front lines as an executive of a Fortune 100 company, and mentored and coached dozens of leaders along their own paths to the future selves they desired. I have significant experience in fixing broken businesses, unsticking the stuck business and leader, and establishing personal, professional, and business trajectories towards long-term success.

The deepest blessings and fulfillment in life come from beyond work. In this life, I am blessed to be married to Nikki, the most patient and graceful wife of 24 years. We are the parents of three amazing children, each of whom regularly teaches me something about this blessed life I live.
