My journey is one of resilience and transformation. I started as a single father, high school dropout, and struggling paint contractor in Florida, facing both personal and professional hardships. With nothing left to lose, I turned to prayer and an unrelenting desire to learn. Immersing myself in books and seminars, I discovered new ways to streamline and grow my painting business, even through the Great Recession. In 2014, I successfully sold that business, marking the start of a new chapter.
Since then, I’ve devoted my career to helping business owners and leadership teams unlock their full potential. I’ve worked extensively with proven systems like EOS, Scaling Up, and The Great Game, but I often found that these approaches couldn’t fully address the complexities and unique challenges many businesses face.
