Nathan Hightower is a trusted advisor to CEOs and leadership teams who helps them build clear, efficient organizational structures and practical implementation plans that increase organizational ROI. An entrepreneur from an early age, Nathan launched car wash and lawn-care ventures at 11 and started his first job at 13. Before graduating college, he had already worked across the restaurant, manufacturing, service, education, engineering, and construction industries. He began his formal career in manufacturing, where his curiosity and constant “why?” mindset helped drive a 75% profit improvement in a single year.
Nathan self-funded his MBA and law degree by investing in an emerging medical device company, then went on to partner with CEOs and executive teams across a wide range of sectors to solve complex business and legal challenges. Today, he serves public and private organizations in industries such as dentistry, food service, non-profit, law, accounting, design, manufacturing, logistics, medical, and sales, among others. His specialty is helping organizations think differently to unlock top-line growth, strengthen bottom-line performance, and build scalable systems for sustainable results. Every engagement is tailored to the specific goals and context of the senior leadership team.
Combining formal education, broad hands-on experience, and ongoing advisory work with organizations around the world, Nathan helps leaders drive intentional, lasting growth. He has held leadership and board roles in multiple non-profits, served in some of the most remote places on earth, and was honored as the youngest board member in the 200-year history of one organization. Nathan is actively involved in his local church and global missions, and is married to his high school sweetheart, Laura. They have two daughters, Ansley and Madeline.
