With over 30 years in federal IT contracting, Elliot has built a career on solving complexity, driving results, and leading teams through high-stakes, large-scale projects. Along the way, he earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and became known as an Agile Methodology subject-matter expert. He’s taken on strategic planning challenges, navigated complex problem solving, and overseen program management across diverse technical environments. His success in the public sector laid a foundation of discipline, precision, and adaptability.
Beyond his government work, Elliot spent more than a decade owning and operating his own business.
