Tim Garrett

I’m a student of the game, both life and business.  It’s all personal to me – I could never separate life and business and I truly look at it all as an adventure like climbing to the highest peak that you can image.  It can seem death defying at times, but that is where you can feel the most alive and with the right guide and tools anything can be accomplished.  

The first half of my career was on the advertising/marketing agency side where I was able to work with huge automotive brands like Acura to cutting-edge action sports brands like Quiksilver, Volcom and Vans.  We helped clients navigate through some of the most challenging situations to become leaders in their categories.  

After helping build and sell a creative agency to a strategic buyer, I went on to the brand side where I helped organize and focus organizations to transition from small, start-up mentality to growing and dynamic organizations.  I was a partner in the meteoric growth of Simple Mobile that went from 100,000 subscribers to over a 1 million in less than two years and helped transition the sale to strategic partner, Tracfone. 

I’ve helped many visionaries realize their business aspirations and I am a firm believer in healthy, transparent and dynamic team cultures.

I’ve learned from the failures as much as from successes – it takes a great team dedicated to a vision along with a clear plan and unwavering persistence to reach a goal bigger than yourself.  I’m a natural guide and coach and I look forward to putting my experience and passion to work for you and your business.

On my personal front, I’ve been married to my beautiful wife, Marlo, since 1992 – we’ve gone through the joys and challenges of marriage, which has taught me what it really means to be a supportive partner.  We have two adult children, Jessica and Jason, who continue to help us realize what is most important in life – strong, healthy relationships.  I have a strong faith and along with fellowship, it helps me keep this life in perspective.  Let’s Climb!
