Quinton Rodgers

Quinton is a successful business leader. He started his career in the Air Force performing on and leading teams in stressful conditions and later leading large manned space flight programs in support of NASA. Through these experiences, he experienced the power of clearly defining vision and goals, and in building trust and shared accountability within organizations and teams.

In 2011, Quinton took over a $30M space hardware development and manufacturing business on the verge of bankruptcy. After leading a successful turnaround, stabilizing the company and hiring his successor, he decided to help other business leaders run great companies. He became the leader of a Business Owner and CEO Peer Advisory Board for Vistage, and a Professional Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer.

Recently, after three plus years as a Professional EOS Implementer, Quinton expanded his efforts and is currently a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide, committed to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses faster than they ever thought possible, while creating greater value for their employees and customers.
