I bring wisdom to organizations that transform the way employees see themselves, their contributions through their strengths, and how they see and work with others in the organization. This equates to happy, healthier, and more productive employees, leading to an increased bottom line.
A bit about me…when I was 18 years old, I thought about becoming a psychologist because I wanted to help people, but I soon realized that couldn’t have the impact I wanted. I thought this wasn’t the best path for me.
Being a part of my mom’s accounting business as a child, accounting was in my blood, and came easy to me. As such, I took a pivot into the business world and over the next 25 years, built a successful career as a leader in global, entrepreneurial, and consulting organizations touching all areas of the business including finance, operations, IT, legal, sales/marketing, supply chain, and human resources.
I have lived and breathed the whole business cycle from start to finish. As such, I can simplify complex business processes into digestible bite-sized pieces. This skill enables me to not only help each employee bring out their best, but also to position the company for sustainable success.
Throughout my career, from my earliest interest in psychology, my focus on helping people has informed everything I do. I believe that each of my clients is unique and that their business has its own challenges and aspirations. I don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Rather, I meet clients where they are and, by leveraging my diverse skill set, work with them to customize a plan that builds the right team, aligns to a shared vision, creates the right plan, and executes with consistency.
