We all have so much potential! My passion throughout my career has been to reach in and unlock potential for leaders and their businesses. From a lowly accounting student trying to help small business owners make sense of bookkeeping continuing through my CFO and CPA roles, I strive to simplify the complex.

As a Chief Financial Officer, I brought simplicity and clarity to the rest of my leadership team so we could make the right decisions. Seasoned through hard work and fire, we became a cohesive leadership team as we grew from insignificant to over $20MM. I learned to deeply appreciate the sales and operations teams and worked hard to earn their respect in finance.

I have been in the trenches as an executive, I own and lead a business, and I have coached tens of companies. Academically I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
