As a senior leadership advisor, Kris has helped multiple companies achieve eight-figure exits and 10X growth spurts. He also helped a company go public and assisted with restructuring multiple billion-dollar organizations. He is the founder of Life on Your Terms and Entrepreneurial Advisors, a strategic advisory firm working with leaders in the United States and Europe. He has local, national, and international speaking experience on entrepreneurship, Living Life on Your Terms, solopreneurship, leadership, and management. He has coached hundreds of businesses in dozens of fields. He started the first of 16 companies at age 19 and has seen multiple exits.

Kris studied entrepreneurial strategy at Harvard Business School and is a fellow at York University in the United Kingdom. He lives in the high country of Colorado with his spouse, Reka, where they live life on their terms embracing adventure travel and endurance events.
