Helping people always makes me happy. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I have worked with many children with disabilities and their families. Following my passion for making a difference in the lives of these children through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis, I started, grew, and successfully sold an autism therapy company and a special education school. Throughout my entrepreneurial journey for 21 years, I successfully scaled my business by focusing on our purpose, quality, customer satisfaction, creating systems and processes, and managing KPIs. The most rewarding aspect of my journey was seeing the growth of our employees and how we changed the lives of the children and families we served.

After my two companies were acquired by a PE-backed behavioral health company, I turned my passion to empowering and equipping entrepreneurs with the confidence and tools to excel in their business pursuits and make a positive impact. Using my business acumen and industry knowledge in behavioral health, disability services, and special education, I help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams excel in each stage of the business life cycle. I am a strategic thinker with a strong ability to organize, plan and lead, but also a creative problem solver.
