Dominique is an unshakable optimist who believes in a bright future for every business. Described as “an ELITE thinker with a passion for change,” Dominique teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people to be Elite. With a bold goal to help build a world in which most people wake up every single day feeling inspired, feel safe at work, and feel fulfilled at the end of the day, Dominique is leading a movement to inspire other entrepreneurs to be Elite doing the things that inspire them. She provides her services in both English and French to businesses in the small & middle-market companies.

Dominique brings to her work a blend of more than 30 years’ experience as a corporate executive, executive leadership coach, leadership development consultant, coach, trainer, and mentor with a great passion for coaching, teaching, and public speaking. She holds national consultancy experience with Deloitte. As a successful serial-entrepreneur she has repeatedly turned creative ideas into successful business strategies one of them featured as Canada’s Top 50 New Growth Companies in 1996 reaching up to 175 employees within 18 months.

Dominique almost never uses the word “problem”; instead, she talks about opportunities to enhance value. Dominique believes in the transformative power of bigger, bolder conversations. These conversations are the essence of her work and are responsible for reaching and daring conversations within organisations, this encourages personal risk in the service of a conscious contribution to shaping our world.

Dominique helps executives and their leadership team across the globe to take their personal and organisational leadership to the next level. She is a Certified Elite Executive Coach, a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide, a Former Professional EOS implementer, PROSCI certified practitioner and Black Belt – Six Sigma trained. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec (Canada), with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource.
