Climbing a mountain is probably the ultimate metaphor for business growth, and this is where I support you as a “mountain guide”. A clearly defined strategy is essential. My vision is to support entrepreneurs to realize their vision. During my daily business I analyze each company from a different perspective because: Every company and every entrepreneur is unique!

I grew up as a working class child in a small mountain village in Graubünden. It was already clear to me at the age of ten what I wanted to become: an electrical engineer. I consistently pursued this goal. Fourteen years later, I held my engineering diploma in my hand. Another ten years later, I decided to become an entrepreneur and joined a friend’s company as a partner. Three years later, I founded my first self-owned company.

Within the next years I successfully established my company and helped several entrepreneurs as a board member, investor or consultant to grow their business and achieve their goals. I went through thick and thin with them and experienced many successes, but also setbacks. All these experiences made their marks on me.

Chris Burger has been an enthusiastic and successful entrepreneur for over 20 years. He has built up several companies himself and accompanied them on their way to the top. He has been on the road as a corporate coach for a decade or more. In addition to his work as a coach, he is also repeatedly active as an executive manager or member of a management team.
