Results matter, but how we get those results matters more. To that end, I have dedicated myself to encouraging leaders to focus on both great results as well as great relationships. My belief is that we can and ought to get both right.

Early in my career I led and managed two growing churches before completing a doctoral degree and launching a counseling center.  As a therapist, I noticed that many of my clients were leaders dealing with the challenging realities of leadership and looking for ways to maximize both their business and their life.

This sparked the vision in me to develop a leadership coaching practice.  As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, my life calling found its home in partnering with leaders and their teams to cast clear vision, strategically plan and consistently execute to reach their goals.

Beyond work, I enjoy hiking, cycling, watercolor painting, and simply hanging out with my wife, our adult kids, and their children.  We live near the shore of Lake Michigan, so anything that gets our toes in the sand is good with us.
