Allen Yun

Allen has led organizational and infrastructure transformations for over 20 years in the consumer, pharmaceutical, healthcare, telecommunications, and automotive industries.

Throughout his career, Allen has learned and personally curated many business operating system tools.  He is most excited to have overseen a $25M+ business turnaround through culture change, leadership development, strategic planning, lean implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives using many of Pinnacle Business Operating System tools.

Allen has deeply enjoyed his many successful transformation efforts and leads with a results-oriented and pro-active focus. He has proven expertise in relationship building and gaining stakeholder buy-in to obtain exceptional results. Allen is consistently recognized for his accountable, adaptable work ethic, acute problem-solving and communication skills and his successful deliverance of work that achieves goals and vision.

Allen received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and holds an MBA in Strategic and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.  He holds a Six Sigma Certification from Motorola University, as well as certifications as a Supply Chain Professional (inactive) with the Association of Supply Chain Management (formerly APICS) and in Project Management from the University of Minnesota.
