This award and category were created with Barry in mind; a remarkable individual who dedicated his life to excellence. With unwavering dedication, outstanding achievements, and an indomitable spirit, Barry has made an enduring impact.

Military Service:

Barry’s journey of excellence began during his service in Vietnam, where he demonstrated exceptional courage and commitment to his country. He earned multiple distinguished medals for his valor and unwavering dedication in the face of adversity. His bravery and selflessness in the military laid the foundation for his remarkable future accomplishments.

Professional Success:

Following his military service, Barry embarked on an illustrious career at IBM, where his exceptional skills and work ethic propelled him to great heights. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions and was inducted into the prestigious Golden Circle.

Core Values:

Throughout his journey, Barry has always upheld the values of God, family, and work, never compromising on their importance in his life. His unwavering commitment to these priorities serves as a shining example. Barry consistently demonstrated that success is not solely measured by professional achievements but also by the impact we have on our loved ones and the community. Barry and his wife Shar were blessed with two daughters and eleven grandchildren.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

In 2012, Barry ventured into the world of entrepreneurship and became an EOS Implementer. Barry was always impeccably dressed, never a curse word, quick to smile and laugh. Barry joined Pinnacle as a Founding Member in 2020, this showcased his dedication to fostering growth and prosperity within the business world.

His remarkable journey serves as an inspiration to all, demonstrating that a life lived with courage, integrity, and passion can leave an indelible mark on the world. We honor him for his exceptional contributions and celebrate his lifelong commitment to excellence.
